Bassocontinuo audio racks are proudly from Bergamo in the Lombardy region of Italy. Not only are they completely crafted in Bergamo, but all the elements that go into their manufacture are sourced from within 30 miles of the factory.

Bassocontinuo was founded in 2008, and now exports to over 40 countries. Its goal is to offer a sound scientific basis behind each rack with stunning Italian visual design. There are six rack lines, each with a distinctive look, and backed up by extensive vibration and isolation testing performed at the Polytechnic University of Milan. Bassocontinuo uses a number of engineering solutions to dissipate vibration, including tie-rod design and monocoque carbon-fiber. Wherever possible, the designs are modular and upgradeable.

Bassocontinuo also offers special edition racks for McIntosh, and has design collaborations with Dan D’Agostino and Sonus faber. From the foundation Essenza series to ultra-high-end Ultimate Line, Bassocontinuo offers a strong core product line, along with high-end, ultra-modern projects such as Revolution-X.
